Selvi Gopal is a distinguished journalist and writer with over two decades of experience. Her impactful storytelling and in-depth reporting have earned her the Malaysia Press Institute Award for her feature on the "Death of Migrant Workers at Detention Centres."

She has represented her profession at various global seminars, including two workshops on liberal politics in Germany organised by The Frederick Naumann Foundation, and a United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP)-nominated conference on environmental issues in Tokyo, Japan.

Selvi has contributed to the Pemandu website, Business Circle, Her World Magazine, and the Women’s Feature Service, covering human rights, women’s and children’s issues, and environmental concerns.

She has interviewed key political figures and industry leaders, enriching her narratives with diverse perspectives.

Now, Selvi leverages her extensive experience to train industries and institutions, sharing her expertise in writing and interviewing.
